Tanzifco Commemorates 50 Glorious Years as a Group and 10 Years of Growth in UAE

Tanzifco Emirates L.L.C. commemorates its 10th anniversary this July 2013. This year proves to be a landmark year for Tanzifco as a Group as well as it successfully completed 50 glorious years in the region as a provider of soft services. Fifty years ago, this company initiated a series of successful strokes in Kuwait and a decade ago in the United Arab Emirates by providing professional soft services to a cross-section of clients, which it continues till date.

It is no mean feat for a commercial enterprise to become such an institution transcending financial numbers and impacting lives of all stakeholders in such a way. An organization can perhaps grow this way only with its integral associates, its employees co-partnering the momentum forward. And, as Tanzifco completes 10 magnificent years in UAE & 50 years as a Group, it would be interesting to briefly run through its journey so far.

Tanzifco initiated its operations in 1963 in Kuwait to be amongst the first to provide professional cleaning and allied
services. Thereafter, the company expanded its operations through the Middle East region covering Qatar, Bahrain, Egypt, UAE, Oman and India as well.

The last ten years have been dynamic and the market fluctuations have been a force to reckon with across the world especially post recession and the economic meltdown. However, Tanzifco has witnessed exponential growth in these years. This can be attributed to the trained and skilled manpower delivering service par excellence. Tanzifco Emirates is one of the leading soft services company to have its own Tanzifco Cleaning Academy (TCA) which is a British Institute of Cleaning Science’s (BICSc) certified training centre.

“As a service-provider Tanzifco has been able to carve a niche in a competitive market and earn the trust of its clients because we realize the significance of skilled and trained manpower in our industry. The onus of success of our offering is based on the etiquettes and proficiency levels of our staff. Tanzifco has been able to develop a vast client base covering a plethora of customers ranging across the healthcare, hospitality, government, commercial and residential sectors. A systematic approach from its operations team whether for a one time job or an annual contract ensures efficient and timely service.

To its credit, Tanzifco’s contract with the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) for Provision of Bus Washing and Cleaning Service in PTA Depots and Onsite Locations for the bus washing services has been renewed again this year. Its contract with Mafraq Hospital, Abu Dhabi continues since 2009 and with Ambulatory Healthcare Services (SEHA) since last May 2012. Further, the company has expanded its client base by way of greater coverage in other emirates for some of its existing clients like Sheikh Zayed Housing Programme and General Authority for Youth & Sports Welfare. Amongst the new contracts, Tanzifco’s security services under Fist for Security and Safety got the contract for the security guard services for Al Barsha Mall, Dubai. It also won the contract for the office boy cum cleaning services for the National Media Council. Based on its ability to handle large-scale projects, Tanzifco achieved two more prestigious contracts – Abu Dhabi Educational Council and Emirates Identity Authority across all emirates.

Our vision is to do this by incorporating hard facility management (FM) services within our fold. In the future, we would be diversifying in to hard FM services thereby offering the entire package of services together. We are expanding in the Indian sub-continent as well by tying up with local partners in India, Nepal and Sri Lanka with a focus on recruitment and training for the Gulf region.”
