The FM sector witnessed a gathering of key industry professionals in Dubai as the year closes to discuss the growth experienced and the plan ahead for the next year

24th November 2014, Dubai, UAE: As the year 2014 comes to a close, the facilities management sector witnessed a gathering of professionals in Dubai through the Clean Middle East Pulire (CMEP) Expo last month with Tanzifco-CFM actively leading way as the FM partner. More than sixty companies were present.

Tanzifco UAE’s Efforts towards Training and Development of its Employees gets International Recognition

Tanzifco is awarded the BICSc international Award for Outstanding Performance in Promotion of the BICSc Training and Standards

4th November 2014, Dubai, UAE: Tanzifco  has been conferred with an International Award in appreciation and recognition of its contribution to training as per the British Institute of Cleaning Science’s (BICSc) standards. This Award has been conferred underlining the dedication to training and empowering the work force. This in turn leads to the trained manpower’s growth and development as well.

The award ceremony took place on 18^th September 2014 at Forest of Arden Hotel & Country Club, Birmingham, UK. The award was presented to Tanzifco represented by Mr. Ali Deryan, General Manager, UAE and Mr. Ahmed Alayan, Deputy General Manager, Kuwait on behalf of Mr. Mustapha Alayan, Chairman, Tanzifco.

Tanzifco Training Centre is a part of the Tanzifco Group. Tanzifco’s in-house training centre’s sole objective is to train the staff as per the Cleaning Operators Proficiency Certificate standard of the British Institute of Cleaning Science (BICSc). It provides skilled manpower to control and maintain the services and delight its customers. TTC is established in the United Arab Emirates and more recently in Sri Lanka, Nepal and soon in India with the intent of training candidates at the grass root level and sending them to the Gulf region.

Tanzifco opens its international training centre in Colombo to orient and train skilled workers for the Gulf region.

17th June 2014, Colombo, Sri Lanka: The inauguration of Tanzifco’s internationally certified Training Centre takes place today, 17th June 2014, in Dutugemunu Street Dehiwala, Colombo. The Centre has been set-up with the objective of orienting, training and recruiting locally aspiring job seekers for the soft services industry in the Gulf. Apart from Sri Lanka, such Training Centres are also present in India and Nepal.

“We realize the huge potential work force that is present in the Sri Lankan market and this venture seeks to address their employment in the Middle East. The point of distinction for the Centre is that it is a British Institute of Cleaning Science (BICSc) certified training centre. We will recruit at the grass-root level and provide orientation and training to the workers at first. This would lead to a skilled set of prospective employees for foreign employment. We are highly grateful to the Sri Lankan Bureau of Foreign Employment and all our local associates for all their support,” says Mr. Mustapha Alayan, Chairman, Tanzifco Group.

The Training Centre will provide training under the guidance of a BICSc qualified Trainer and this will consist of a four-day course, including orientation, health and safety issues, BICSc basics and English terminology common to the cleaning industry. However, the focus will be on use of machinery, equipment, tools and cleaning products employed in common soft services assignments. The Centre is geared to handle a batch of up to twenty candidates at a time. Accommodation for candidates from areas located far out of Colombo, will also be provided at a dormitory operated by Tanzifco in close proximity.
