All equipment and vehicles will be purchased brand new or as per the Municipalities contract requirements. All equipment and vehicles will be purchased gradually so as to arrange and organize all traffic documents / testing etc. as per the law.
All vehicles and equipment will be purchased as per the exact contract specifications and stipulations. The municipality officials before the start of the contract will test all vehicles.
