Our purpose for the mobilization is not to neglect any factor however big or small. Another target is to find out all services needed within six months, which were not possible to cover during the time of submitting the tender and to prepare the training program whether before or after the execution
of the contract.

These activities show the different stages on which we set up our efforts during the specified period. When the contract is awarded we cooperate and coordinate with the Municipality officials to follow up our programs with theirs.
During the periods of mobilization and execution, the management team will have help from our experts here in the country or from U.K. Any technical problem will be studied, analyzed and then reports and support work will be extended.
We take much care to see that the Operation Supervisor and Public Relations Officer are in contact with the Municipality office and officials before the start of the contract.
