Man Power
All supervisors, Drivers, Mechanics and Labour will be appointed either locally or from the developing countries and with the officials coordination to distribute this manpower as per the nationalities requested.
Residence compound will be arranged by us for the labour as per the country laws and will include suitable living conditions, canteen, medical and other social services. Drawings and sketches of this compound will be submitted to the Municipality for approval.
Training for the labour will begin as they arrive. They will be made familiar with the areas mentioned in the contract and then the basic training program will start which will cover the following :
- Primary training of the contract and regulations of the city.
- Training of Discipline
- Training of the supervisors.
- Training of Drivers
- Training of Operators for Heavy Equipment
- Training on Mechanical Basis
- Training of Clerical Skills and Store Keeping
This training will continue during the period of the contract.
The employment process will take place in-groups to make the primary training continue systematically.
The Municipality has to help us get the visas and work permits from the concerned authorities for the required manpower.
