HANDING OVER PLAN

It is supposed that the municipality will give its opinion regarding the status of the contract so our preparations for handing over will start from the moment we receive their decision.

The administrative procedures will be ready as part of our work mode that will encourage the new contractor or municipality officers to know all different systems, work style, reports and computer program systems or any other thing before the end of the project. We are very glad to prepare all records for the staff and operators and if possible according to the countries law we will help to transfer their work permits to that of the new company or if they wish to go back they will be repatriated to their home country.

The specifications of the contract show that all vehicles and equipment should be kept maintained cleaned and in good condition throughout the period of the contract. Then there is no problem to hand it over in good    condition. Schedules will be made to show the details of each unit including the manufacturer, condition, location, number of kilometers and log book or any thing which can help the new contractor or the municipality to estimate or judge the vehicle and its fitness for work.

Regarding the different premises such as ( labour compounds, workshops, compacting station and dumping area ).  Our aim is to set up full records for constructing these premises and maintain it during the period of the contract and supply this information to those who will handle the jobs after us, and to enable them to make their schemes effective.

One more point is that during our contract period we train a large number of nationals. These nationals are in our workforce and at the end of the contract this big part of the local population which will be apart of our team throughout may decide to stay back and continue their services in this field.
