The garbage project manager will control the operations of the contract on daily basis. He will carry out his duties by controlling the supervisors who in turn will be responsible for the labour who will do the street cleaning and collect garbage. The assistant manager will assist the garbage project manager.
A highly skilled team of management will assist this staff, which will be familiar and experienced with the same type of jobs. As part of the tender timetable and during the mobilization period the areas will be divided in equal terms of population number. The area manager will control each area for Garbage Collection and Street Cleaning. The whole area will be divided in sub-areas and controlled by supervisors.
This system of responsibility has been effectively and successfully implemented by TANZIFCO in their present jobs making sure the job is not neglected and well done.
